| A: 2-6 weeks. |
| Q4: What is your terms of payment? |
| A: T/T 30% in advance and TT 70% balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% irrevocable LC at sight. |
| Q5: What is your warranty period? |
| A: 1 year or 1000 running hours for generator set. For genset with JUSTPOWER alternator, we provide 2 years/2000 hours warranty for alternator. If you need longer warranty for special project, you can contact us for details. |
| Q6: Do you offer OEM service? |
| A : Yes, OEM is welcomed. |
